RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns of undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Conditions for Return:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

RETURN PROCESS

When emailing please provide:

Name and email address used when placing order

Order Number

Contact phone number

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Include the return authorization form or a copy of your receipt.

Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

REPLACE ITEM(S) RECEIVED DAMAGED

We will exchange and replace your damaged item. A refund will be issued only in the event that we do not have the same item in stock.

If a product is delivered damaged please do the following:

Email with the subject title of the email stating “ITEM(S) RECEIVED DAMAGED”

You must provide

Name and email address used when placing order

Order Number

Contact phone number

State where the product is damaged

Include a photo of the damaged item(s)

The item that you want in its place.
